Welcome to Cyrus The Great Adventures. By booking a safari with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully as they form the basis of your adventure with us.

1 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed when:
- You receive a written confirmation email from us
- We have received the required deposit (minimum 30%)
- All necessary information has been provided
For group bookings, the lead passenger accepts these terms on behalf of all travelers.
2 Payment Terms
Deposit Schedule:
- 30% deposit at time of booking
- Remaining 70% due 45 days before departure
- Full payment required for bookings within 45 days
All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or M-Pesa (for Kenyan residents).
3 Cancellation Policy

|---|---|
| 60+ days | Full refund minus 15% admin fee |
| 45-59 days | 75% refund |
| 30-44 days | 50% refund |
| 15-29 days | 25% refund |
| Less than 15 days | No refund |
Note: Airfare, visa fees, and travel insurance premiums are non-refundable.
4 Safari Experience
While we strive to provide the best possible experience, please understand:
- Wildlife sightings are nature-dependent and cannot be guaranteed
- Itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, or park regulations
- Accommodation may be substituted with similar standard if necessary
- Game drives follow park rules and timing restrictions
5 Your Responsibility
- Ensure you have valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations
- Arrive at meeting points on time (African time not accepted!)
- Follow safety instructions from your guide at all times
- Respect wildlife - maintain safe distance and remain in vehicle
- Disclose any medical conditions that might affect your participation
6 Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is MANDATORY for all guests. Your policy must cover:
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Personal liability
We can recommend insurance providers if needed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cyrus The Great Adventures acts as an agent for various service providers. We are not liable for any delays, injuries, or damages caused by third-party providers, natural disasters, political unrest, or events beyond our control.
8. Photography Policy
We may take photos during safaris for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide. You retain all rights to your personal photos taken during the safari.
